Hi all!!!!

Glad to see everyone having SO much fun!!!!! I really TRIED to get together on my trip, definite poor planning on my part!? Next time I will "take more time to smell the roses" and enjoy the journey instead of rushing to the destination(which was HARD to deal with!) oh well..........sorta enjoying having some time off right now and not working, but starting to stress out over it a little, just me though!!??

I actually may have an interview in an hour or so at an alcohol rehab facility here in town.......working nights but supposed to pay well & have good benefits.........all around better for me, less stress, and won't be "selling my soul" for the almighty $$......AND working for a royal egotistical ASSHOLE anymore...........

Hi everyone!I am hanging by a thread, but not hung yet. My 3 year old GS in CA has swine flu, which means the baby (6 months almost) has been exposed to it as well. I so wish I could get there and just hug my daughter! $$ is tough right now so last minute airfare is too expensive. Anyone know how to work around the high airfares? It's too far to drive by myself - like 1,700 miles from here. I just feel at a loss. Sorry to be so down but that is where I am just now.

LTG, if you are willing to fly stand-by you can usually get a cheap fare. Look for a flight with 1 or no connections so your chances of being bumped are slim. Also, fly early morning so you have several chances to catch a flight that day. Try all the cheaper websites like Priceline.com or expedia.com
