              GO 'EAD MA SAN!
I'm made up for ya Mack's! It really makes my day to see people, particularly those that have struggled for such a long time with this illness like you, to finally make some real progress in their lives. Again WELL DONE mate and remain focused on the solution and stay focused.

Hahaha, that has really made my day..

Thanks very much guys. Still having good and bad days but life on the other side is proving to be so rewarding. The support and encouragment here in no small way had a massive effect on me this time hopefully saying goodbye to alcahol.

I heard somthing on the telly this morning that struck a chord. Alcaholism is an illness you have to learn to cope with for the rest of your life.
Even though i am sober i still have this illness and always will. How i manage my life around this illness is upto me.

Thanks for the heads up Tip and congatulations on your own success and i hope to return the favour soon
