I wish they would do something about kids NOT being buckled in though!! Every morning without fail I see kids STANDING on the front seat of the car in rush hour traffic.

I agree it is crass stupidity but I think most people just dont think, well they bloody well should do. It is the law here that all passengers front and back are strapped in. I think it has been the same in the UK for years. We had some extremely graphic TV advertising here showing what happens to kids not strapped in when a crash happens.
