Its a herbal tea, indigenous to South Africa.

Contains no caffeine

I drink at least 5 or 6 cups a day. Part of the whole changing habits thing (refer trusty Toolbox thread).

AN acquired taste, but really great. You should be able to get it in Oz, what with so many Saffas over there.

Top bloke by all accounts. Cant promise a kiss however.

On a serious note, exercise has been a such a huge positive for me over the last few months and helped enormously in my recovery.
Right lunch is on so I am off, later dudes.
