All is good here, a long walk on the beach and two tired doggies right now.
Beans and coleslaw sounds pretty damn nice :-)
I am still having a fat day sadly, must be the sponge pudding yest and the apple crumble today....comfort food :-)

No pmt here, its weird, I lost weight after the States then blew up over the last week or two...think I imagined I was able to eat all the chocoloate and cheese I wanted :H
