Boring day tomorrow, really. I still have to do the shopping for the week tomorrow morning.

Then we're having an uncle of Mrs. T's over in the afternoon. He's hosting his turn for the "gentleman's club" lunch at our place (for the 6 surviving blokes). They're a bunch of mates who make a point of getting together from time to time and chew the fat. They're all in their mid-70s.

He wants to come and discuss the menu

You should see him supervising the pouring of tea. The only time I ever use a proper cup and saucer is when he comes around. Mrs. T even takes out her cake stand

This time round, I won't be nervous about showing off my shakes and spilling Ahhhh... the small little wonders of being AF...

Yeah it will do, it made me feel like I wasnt allowed to forget stuff. BUT I never want to forget really, it keeps me where I am today.

At work the poor things shake to pieces, when we play cards many of them cant even deal the cards they are so bad.
Honestly Tigger, we are soooo lucky to be where we are...

I was bored the other day, and read back on old Army Threads to see what it was like "before Tigger"

I came across one in early June. You spoke about Mr. Starts having a beer in the garden, and you phoning friends while they were having a party, and wanting a drink. How often does that happen?

My heart goes out to a colleague at work. Obviously I knew he was drinking, because we can recognise each other...

But now that I'm breaking free, and I see him struggling to light his cigarette... I feel sorry for him.

How often does wanting a drink happen do you mean? Or how often does mr starts have a beer in the garden?
The first one, not often at all now. Of course sometimes the feeling takes me, but its very rare, I am really not interested in drinking and all that entails any more....In fact, its not really that I want a drink its just that I want to feel differently to how I am at that moment. Now I am learning to do other things to make myself feel different.
Mr starts drinks beer in the garden pretty often :H
