You're clearly not sticking to your good intentions.

Ever think of starting a FOOD diary??? :H

Hey Zeppers! How are you doing? We seem to have been missing each other lately..

Har de feckin har Tigger! I have no need to keep a food diary, my memory is excellent in that regard :-)

Haven't been on for a couple of days, been busy getting the dogs ultrasounded for tomorrows racing, they are both picked to win so I better not let the punters down

Meanwhile I've clicked over my 60 days, bring on the next 60

I have a machine like the one the physios use on us people, it is like a deep massage, they get wee muscle tears from racing if they get a knock or if the track is very 'heavy' (wet), which it was on thursday.

I borrowed a friends magnetic blanket too, it does the same sort of thing and the dogs just love it, they lie on it and when their 20 minutes are up you can't get the little blighters off it

I have heard great things about using magnets in that way...
I get like that on my leckie blankie too :-)

They have magnetic collars (the downside is you always find the dogs stuck to the fridge)

This blanket plugs into the power, milly was on it before and when I went to roll her over she got as far as on her back and just stayed there with her legs up in the air.
