    I think i want kill myself, sober for three months and my 10 year old son caught me pissed, he has gone to stay with his dad dont see any reason to carry on

      By killing yourself its not going to help anybody,especially your 10 year old son,you were 3 months sober and you had a fall,that's not a sin.we all make mistakes sometimes more than one,..sometimes we do things in order to find out the reason for it,sometimes our actions are questions not answers.you have made a start by coming here keep posting There are hudreds of good reasons for you to carry on.

          There is always a point to stopping drinking. It really doesnt help, but I think you know that dont you?

              You came here..that is a good thing.....you are looking for help...we are here.

              You can get better and you can beat this.....honest to God you can....the support and help here is wonderful and I believe has saved so many people..

              Lets look at this rationally..you are feeling ashamed and upset over your son finding you drunk, that is a natural reaction...but all is not lost....you can get sober....and prove to your son and yourself that you are a wonderful, worthwhile person.

              Letius help you, get a plan together and tackle this one day at a time..

              There is SO MUCH reason to carry on...your son for one and for yourself....take our hands and let us help you ok?

                      Good..Scared is good....Scared means you care about what happens.....

                      Dump the rest of the booze you have in the house.....come back here and we can talk about it, how we you are going to tackle this ......devise a plan and start over....you had 3 months AF..you can do it again....

                        Hello Angela,
                        You get yourself through today. I take it your drinking now? If you are go easy on it. Stick close to these boards today, have a good read and know that you are not on your own, a lot of us have felt as low as you do right now, myself included. Tomorrow pick yourself up and instead of diving back into the bottle do whatever it takes to get your boy back. You did 3 months so you know you are capable.

                          Please stick around here and stay close. There's lots of support and encouragement on these boards so just stay around and read as much as you can. If you did 3 months before, then you can do it again. Just get rid of the rest of your alcohol now.

                            If your son is upset now, how do you suppose he would feel if you killed yourself. Think about that.
