          No Cinders you're not old love. We're having the 'Masters Games' here at the moment - it's like the Olympics for pensioners. There was an almighty battle in the pool between an Aussie (98yrs) and a Kiwi (about the same age) the other day...they did 200m in about 6 minutes...it was brilliant!! The Aussie only started swimming competitively at about 72yrs young.
          There's life in the old girl yet!!

                I wash my hair daily. But I don't shower daily neither.
                I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                        Hmmm. Being in the land of sweat an' all I have to shower at least once a day, which goes against my slightly slovenly nature, and If I walk the dogs and go to Yoga without aircon that can be two or 3 times. My hair is short because the humidity just makes it massive, stands up and out, classy.

                        I LOVE going back to the UK where my bra swings around nicely in the mornings and I can wear the same pair of Jeans for days.

                        After an experience where I fell over (no alcohol involved) with a frock on, I no longer go commando.

                          I'm very au naturale! I think the patchouli oil and incense I burn disguises a lot though. My pheremone's aren't that pungent anyway! They're quite alluring ACTUALLY!!!lol
