I watched all ten segments in one fell swoop and have reached the end of day 3 without so much as a backward glance. I've contacted a friend who wants and needs to give up Al and put him onto the site also. I'm impressed and inspired.

Just finished watching them and sobbed at parts....I will always remember this if I ever get the urge to binge again...it really is poison.
Powerful and honest and hard to watch at parts. Thanks for posting this, I got a lot out of it.

newbie here-thanks for the patience
My first time here- I read a few blogs I think they're called and decided to give this a try. I bought the book from the Passages folks- I liked their ideologies! They think that its possible that drinking is linked to ADD- that makes a lot of sense to me. Since the brain controls every part of us- then the chemical imbalances must be a factor- I just cant afford their $70000 a month fee- else Id go there. But this site provides a closely linked attitude- that we need help not criticism. The 12 step program didnt work for me- this site takes a more holelistic approach, much like Passages does.:new:sigpicFSUMANIAC

Wow. I watched every part right after another, sometimes with my hand a bit over my eyes. Nigel, Toni, Mark and Vanda have a little place somewhere in my heart now I think. So much anguish though it's almost unbelievable.
Thank you for this eye-opening experience.

Jeeezus! I just watched all 10 parts. Scary and waaaay too close to home. I'm sure I'll never forget it.
I noticed that medication wasn't wasn't really mentioned. I wonder if they had tried or were on the same sort of thing's we discuss here?Don't tell me it can't be done until I'm finished doing it.

Thank you for posting these links, a very real documentary and very disturbing too. I saw this when it was on TV, but missed some of the episodes. I have tried so may times to see it again but could not remember the title or who produced it etc. I can now show this to my loved one so she can see what i saw at these times before she entered a life of sobriety..... thanks to Baclofen!!''Winners never quit, quitters never win'':l
