Does anyone know exactly how long it takes AL to get out of your urine? Have urine test on 10/22. I've heard it's 72 hours. Is that true?

I have read that it takes three to four days for alcohol to get out of your system. To be on the safe side, I would go for the four days.

It depends on what type of UA. The ones we use at my work can detect AL consumption up to week because we are not looking at the AL content in the urine but, the metabolisers. AL itself can take about 3 days to leave your system.

These tests are relatively new. It depends who is testing you and why. We have court clients here in substance abuse programing so we are very strick. I don't think your run of the mill employer doing a screening for employment is that indepth.
