Awwwhhh thanks guys....
I am so happy to be a month NF BUT i have to say I am still struggling.....some days are better than others but I hope I am over the worst....
The booze was a piece of cake in comparison to giving up the fags....I was at the shops yesterday and I was talking to a girl I know outside the shop, she was smoking, I was watching her intently and had an overwheming urge to take off my shoe and hit her over the head with it and rob the cigarette out of her mouth...
I guess I have not got to gratitude mode yet....I still feel like I am missing out on something....I am hoping it will come with time.
Thanks so much for all the support,I would have given in long ago without your help

Mr JC proposed to me 3 days after giving up smoking.
I think he really wanted a cigarette not a wife
He hasn't had a cigarette since but has had a Mrs for nigh on 24 years.It could be worse, I could be filing.
