    Hi Starters....
    Funnily enough anything that says "sensual massage oil" is pretty relaxing for me...a bit like Pavlov's dogs...knowing the nice massage that goes with it!!!
    I've got some cream called "Sleep Balm" & you rub it into your temples & the base of your neck for a really relaxing sleep - seems to work for me anyways.
    Righto - better go - have a good day Starters & night then Greenie.
