My week was rather challenging thanks but it is over (well the work part at least!!). How are you doing?
I won't be going this weekend as my knee is wonky at the moment! Should be right by next weekend so hopefully we can venture up....and up.....

It was um, pretty dull actually limes, 2 pissed blokes and one after some anger management advice. He didnt look like he was about to take no for an answer either :-)
The spa toningt though was absolutely wonderful!! I have been pummelled with water jets, saunas, ice caves crystal rooms and salt thingys, it was bliss!
