    face to a name

    Hi everyone,
There are actually some really funny posts here! DG, that is an awesome photo. I thought it might be a little forward of me to post, but all of you made me feel very comfortable. Everyone just needs to do what is right for them when it comes to "outing" yourself.
Peacenik, just in case I ever decide on the catwoman surgery, I'll make sure I refer back to your post. Thanks you crazy bunch of kids.

This is an urgent plea for peacenik to please change your picture!!!!

I'm a bit uncomfortable with this, but loved seeing everyone else--I'm in--at least for a day or two.

DG--that photo (or one quite similar) is the way I remember you....you must have had your hair pulled back?

Greenie--when I change my avatar again, I will be young again like you. I'm looking for my inner child!

I would feel very uncomfortable posting my picture here and as well I believe it would be unfair to my loved ones. As for posting childrens pictures, I think it could potentially be very dangerous. That is my tuppence worth and I guess I feel pretty strongly about it, so I wont be posting.
        a) If I was going for a job with a company and had to deceive them or hide things about myself to get the job then the company & I were never going to work out anyway.
        b) My loved ones are just that...and they support me in however I choose to deal with my issues. The alternative - well, that they might not love so much.
Irish, there's no hard feelings at all & I absolutely respect your decision. I felt felt I should stick up for my decision there.

I've always posted pics of me & my Bungee dog.

It's our "servin" wench/pirate maiden costume for the Porthole cafe.

I do so agree with Irish re. this issue. People do check these boards, some have even joined, for what reason ?. I do agree that there is nothing to be ashamed of, in fact we should be proud of what we have achieved, having said that we all understand alcoholism up to a point. I personally have confided in my doctor and my manager at work who have been supporting, I read of people on MWO who do not feel able to confide in professional, and worry about their insurance company finding out, how does posting personal details deal with this....Just my personal view.
