Oh Starts....it is such a long story.

The town hall have acted disgustingly- and denied me the right to even pay my bills- ie telephone, water etc.

But I wont give up- it is annoying, illegal, inhuman what they are trying to do- but I am at least qualified to stand up to them.

All will eventually work out.
