Good Morning Army from a wet and windy Dublin. I am off to the mind, body, spirit festival in RDS today, looking forward to it. I slept too much, I hate staying in bed past 9 and it really was 10 when I got up which was only 9!!

I think in some bizzare way the inabitiy to punish my body as I did say in my 20s is one of the reasons I srcreamed ENOUGH. If I had have had say 6-8 pints last night, which would have been a small amount for a sat night and stayed up till 4 am I would be in bed till 1pm and feeling crap. Chances are hair of the dog would be going down the pub at about 3pm staying till say 7 and then coming home for food and opening a bottle of wine which wouldnt last the night. Total total crazyness. Why does it take years till the penny finally drops. Probably a bit dim I suppose.

                    Oh and hello Grim

I think it just becaomes a habit and then a visious cycle Ktab..we were always trying to eradicate the hungover feeling that we brought on ourselves....unfortunately that was always hair of the dog...and so it continued.

                        Yo grimmers..

I feel like that sometimes, but once I rub the gunk out my eyes I feel fine. It is funny how guilty I feel for a second or two though.

I had a medical for the first time in years and my liver readings came back high and as did my colesterol, and I dont eat animal fats. Fatty liver I guess, anyway I was told to stop drinking. Which I did about 18 months later after drinking daily. I havent had it checked since.

Hello Irish is the show mostly new age techniques?

I used to get that Zeppie, sometimes for days at a time I couldn't move, literally. I'd stop for a few days, feel fine and start the same old bollocks all over again. What an idiot! But it's a thing of the past thank God!
