Just went to check out any damages to rental house we did eviction on - not too bad. I'll spend next week getting it ready to re-rent. Wonderful country house, great rent, totally private, and PERFECT landlords! LOLsigpic

We try so hard to be good to our tenants, but some really take us for a ride. Not fair, but that's what you get dealing with the public and the way others live.sigpic

Your right, K. They think in our case we don't need the money, and resent that they do. I've had EVERY excuse in the book. They don't think about what we spend on upkeep, security, taxes, insurance, etc.sigpic
