Why is it that when you have somewhere to be in 40 minutes and are 2 feet away from the end of your mowing (front yard, easily seen) you run out of gas...:nutso: I do not own a weed wacker....BUT, in the fall when you are trying to run the mower out of gas and you swear you started the job with 2 tablespoons of gas...you do your lawn, do the right-of-way, do some of the neighbors yard, tie your jacket to the safety bar and handle and let the darn thing run AND YOU STILL are not out of gas..... :damn: WTHeck!

Try having all your grands over and going to a kids Halloween party (candy, sodas, hayrides, scary games) then putting them to bed where they all decide to sleep in the media room downstairs so I get stuck on the leather couch and at 2 AM granddaughters pull down the drapes over the built in reading/sleeping nook and wake me up to put it back up (12' high) while the rest are sprawled all over the floor on pallets while there are perfectly good beds upstairs!!!! ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Then at 6:00 AM the others wake and want breakfast! I AM the living dead.

Irritatingly wonderful, right Rube....remember when you would not be able to wake up in the wee hours to fix things for grands? What a wonderful change!

Oh, YES, Red. But I did tell her to push the drapes out of the way and go back to sleep! LOL (We have this wonderful little built-in bed, with a reading light, and the girls adore it. They close the drapes and say they feel like princesses! That was my idea when I told Hubs how to build it, and it was SO worth the effort!)
