Good morning troopers, actuallt it is the middle of the night here but my sleep patterns are all over the place this week with this crabby flu like thingy I have.

Now it isnt often I am out of bed in time to start the army thread, so I have been thinking, what with today being the end of the month it might be a good time this morning to take a moment for a personal reflection on how we are getting on this last month, (or part of for, our newer members). Has it been a good month, goals wise? Is there anything we could improve upon or have any lessons been learned this month. A little tweek, nip and tuck to our personal plan, if you will.
For me, I have been AF for 30 out of 31 days in Oct and intend to take Nov pretty easy too, I do realise this is still very much a learning curve.

Right I am going to try and get some shut eye now :zonedout:

WRT how this month has gone...for me its been a terrific learning curve too. Not so much in my sobriety, although its all connected, but in my dealings and relationships with people. I guess I have been learning about boundaries, mine and other peoples. its been interesting, pretty hard but all good. Bring on November !

Morning all, it is the calm after the storm yesterday. Beautiful crisp sunny morning that screams out for a long forrest walk after my being cooped in all week. Still not feeling 100% but I will risk it
Jackie I would give Mr JC a big hug myself if he brought a big bag of choccy home.
Tip is the scream indicative of your mood today? I think I like your sad tigger pic best of all.
Mario you are prob off to the gym and back by now but I hope things on the home front have improved.
Opal flying visit from yourself today, must be busy.
Starty in relation to reflection you are an inspiration, not only the AL issue but with finally living the dream and giving something back to society and those suffering with addiction.
Now where is everyone else this morning?

Just a quick thought about halloween to those of us with pets to remember to bring them indoors nice and early tonight as the fire works can be terrifing for some of them.
