I have been taking a good multi vitamin as part of my supps since I came here. It is just annoying at this stage, I feel grand one min and lousy the next. And I want to get back to the gym and for a swim, I havent been for nearly two weeks. I had planned on taking the dogs out this morning but that didnt happen either. OK enough of my moaning, begining to sound like a broken record.
Whats the latest with the Dublin meet up, any news?
