Spin class = a club without the drugs, smoke or alcohol & on a stationary bike. Dark cold room with very loud music and a whole bunch of people riding like the clappers(there's a dial on the bike so you can change the resistance - climbing hills or mountains)...riding the bike is the dance.

It's a beautiful morning here...I'm bailing everyone in the car & heading to the beach for walking & coffee.

I was watching from afar Angel, don't you worry. Just too bloody tired to post.
Pissing myself at those two clowns playing speed avatart swap last night :H I'm up for celebrity heads boys.

We could use one of my old bridesmaid dresses if you like. It is also purple. A taffeta shoestring strap horror with the original wine stains down the front. That particular night I organised shots for the wedding party and arm wrestling until 3am. Then the brides mother threw up into a hedge. One of my finer moments. Bridge on a mission.
I have lost 3 kilos.
