Aspy - great job on the 2 weeks. Nice to see you venturing out onto other threads but geeeez - you work long hours!

Angel - new week, new adventures.

So we're having the hottest ever start to November. Hmm. I'm off to town to the mower shop. Hit a nasty obstacle yesterday and broke some things. Apparently I need another vented mandrel, a nose roller rod and a shaft assembly with lower bearing. A slight but not insurmountable embuggerance.

Morning All on a bright sunny Monday!
Today is day one for me..not sure of what,whether it is total sobriety or just mod, but am hoping it is total AF'ness!!!!
Walked the new puppy today,skittish little critter that he is! Doesn't like trucks or motorbikes,but then I can't say I blame him!!!

Kids & I have been out the back inspecting our plants..excitement on all our behalves!!!!
Now I am pondering the problem......I have seedling planted in egg cartons,so what happens next?? When do i transfer them to a bigger pot and how???HELP!!!!!Didn't think they would actually grow,so now I have to think ahead!

Kindy with the older chick & then playgroup with the small one,followed by lunch at Mum's!Feed old horse and collect eldest chick in arvo! Cook tea and vegetate without AL..that is the plan!

And a wonderfull hello to everyone else, its a lovely day here today but i have got to do housework all day, as i have the in-laws arriving on Sunday thats one reason to get a bit of A/F time under my belt.

Well I was Bonne Stuffing around with MrCakes and ended up with a 'Theres Something About Mary' hairdo and I'd just styled it...maybe that's what got me into that mess - damn these luscious locks of mine.

Back from the mower shop. You're right Angel - at the rate I'm going through those pesky vented mandrels I did take up a share option. Now could you all please go out and buy some? Don't worry about the roller nose rods - you'll be fine without.

Chook - another fun gardening thing to do with kiddies is write their names with/in radish seeds and cover with soil. They germinate very quickly. Let's just hope you don't have a Samantha or Hermione or Immaculata. Even Alphonse would be bad.

Bridge - our evil work is just beginning. Let's get them excited about Wollemi Pines. Muahhhhhahahha. I've worked out that messing around with plants is an essential part of nurturing my own inner garden.

With that in-depth thought, I shall leave you until later. Bloody hot here today.

Hey tawny, my work mate has one of those Amorphophallus titanum, or "corpse plants" .
he has had it for 3years and in another 4 or so he thinks it will flower, suposed to stink to high heaven.
