    Hey Wavey!

    Divert yourself! Don't pretend it ain't happening, just allow yourself to think of other things for a wee bit and get some Vit D..go sit in the sunshine and don't give a toss about anyone or anything!

          Other things being totally non important/idle/whoe cares thoughts! Or develope a sudden insterest in something..allow your brain some space from this time,so the emotions and the thoughts can actually detach a bit!!!!

          Then come back to it later..right now all you can see is the Black Dog!!!
          (From PND girl!)-still on meds& drinking/urgh!

            Wave, at one point I was so depressed I actually planned to do it. That's really scary now, because I feel better and I can see how wrong it would have been. AL plays tricks on us like that.

              But it's not anything new, it's not a disaster and the worst thing I'll do is not eat and go to bed...

              It will all pass..

              What I am worried about is finding happiness one day..
