Hi Everyone
Well I am on day 2 today and I am determind to beat this crap, I am over all the hassell's that come with drinking, I remember how I felt the last time I went A/F and I want to feel like that again, I am now taking my vit B and I have got my L-glut at hand, I am going to do this and I WILL succeed.

Let's hope it's not a 'little mudcake'...but mountains & mountains of mud...
Ronnie - you can do it. I liken it to a 747 taking off...takes a lot of thrust (?) to get in the air but once you're up it get's a bit easier...eventually you're cruising but still expanding some effort.

Well, Mr. G is accounted for ... what's everybody else up to this lovely Friday night?
Pleasantly cool up here and we missed the storm that obviously hit Melbourne so I hope Reggie, Wavey and Mr G are fine.

UMM we are ok TF but Mr G may have skipped romantic dinner when damsel in distress heard the first thunder clap and spontaneously jumped into his arms I spose his primal instincts went into PROTECT mode and being the gentelman he is has taken her home to comfort her in a trouser less embrace
