What is MT? Am assuming LG is Lglutamine? I think you can take a lot of lglut I used to take about about 10000 mgs per day Tigger was /is taking about 18000 so I think its pretty safe....
Oh is MT Milk thistle? Not sure about that, I have never taken it....

swollen feet & ankles

my feet and ankles have swollen up since just before I start on my AF journey but have puffed up more.

I researched a lot about all the effects the AL has on our bod's and with clirrosis of the liver, swollen feet & ankles is one of them..

but I have stopped now and would have thought it should be starting to heal or at least not be getting worse..!

any chance it's all the cocktail of supp's I am taking ????
