BB, my son, David was picked on and pushed around at that age, we just talked alot about it, I met w/ the guidance counselor, who said they would try to keep their eyes on it.............yeah, sorry to say, that DIDN'T help..............I thought to myself, if it doesn't kill him, it will make him stronger............WELL, David is a very smart, well adjusted kid, 18 and could probably kick any one of those punks' asses now, he is so built!! He is above it though........I am proud of him. Hopefully this too shall pass, as it did w/ him................keep the lines open w/ your daughter, talk alot about it, be there for her............

Glad to see you all here.................having a frustrating few days, work is really hard to adjust to, unemployment SUCKS!!!! they lost my last check in cyber-space, said it was direct deposited to my bank on 10/28, my bank has NO RECORD of any deposit, unemployment is sending me a afidavit( I just received today, spelling???), which takes a lawyer to try to fill out..........called them for help and "due to heavy call volume, please call later" and hung up on me!!! GRRRRR!!!!!:argh:

On this $$ I had already written some checks on, my bad...................but go figure................just my luck at a time like this...................I am pissed!!!!:soapbox2:

Sorry, just had to vent..............now off to get this notarized and sent off............watch, I didn't fill it out right and they won't honor it................GRRRRRRR!!!!!:damn:

MA, go in person and talk to someone at your bank with authority, show them your affadavit, ask them to give you some kind of break on the checks you wrote. If they want to keep your business, they should help you out at least with some of them. And keep copies of everything!

Sorry to hear tha BB, my son has aspergers and was bullied a lot growing up because of it. It is one of the hardest things for a parent, there is only so much we can do.

Have you considered having her take a martial arts class or something? It would boost her confidence and that alone usually keeps bullies at bay.

One of my renters just called to tell me they had walked past the house we filing the eviction on and found the front door open. Went up, knocked, called, no one there, obviously people have moved. They said they had destroyed the house; holes in walls, doors ripped down, trash everywhere, and this was just in the first room, in the almost dark. I'm calling the cops now to meet me there tomorrow.
I don't know how I'll ever trust anyone again. Have to leave now and track them down thru cyber space.
