OK, I won't yell to loud, but ......GOOD MORNING, SHIFTERS!!!!!!!!! I know it's Saturday, so you're allowed to sleep in a bit. Didn't make it to the cabin today, but, granddaughter is coming to work all day for MIL, and hubs is mentoring her. I'm happy about that. BIG NEWS! My 11-year-old granddaughter has been selected to represent her entire county school system in Washington, D.C., in April at an event honoring exceptional school children. Now we start saving the money for the trip - we have to pay the full cost, but wouldn't think of letting her miss this honor.

Goodmorning Shifters....lst two nights I have slept horribly. I dont know why. Been a LONG time since sleep was interrupted. When I was drinking it was terrible. Have been going through some stressful times right now with a friend, so maybe this is God's way of telling me..."remember how bad sleep was when you drink? DON'T drink unless you want utter misery again"....So, I hear ya God. I will not be drinking!!!!!!
Rubes, that is great news about your Grandchild. So exciting for her and you all too.
I am off to the flea market. farmers market, and some other shopping. Then, lunch ...me and Billy's Mama are spending the day together. LOVE IT! We have to go get a new wreathe for him for Christmas. Doinf this used to be SO DEPRESSING for me, but now I take pride in making sure he always has flowers and a wreathe to match the seasons.
I have a ton of pictures of Billy that no one in his family has. I am going to make copies of them and make his Mama a lil album for Christmas. I think she would like it.

Good morning all ......hope everyone has the bestest Saturday.......Today it is off to work as usual after a hour at the gym. I need to find a hobby to keep busy with...
anyway...WOW ruby you must be so proud of all your grandbabies but to be honoured so much as your grandaughter will be .,,congradulations!!!!!
and Britt you are going to have such a great day.....I hope that holiday feeling will rub off a little this way...and Billies Mama will love that gift more than anything that could ever be thought of....I know.

Hi everyone, just a quick check in from here ............... just got back from visiting my dad, he is feeling much better but not coming home anytime soon which we are quite relieved about because hopefully will get to the bottom of what is happening this time.
