No the first pic is of Betty and her first litter, the next pic is of Bettys second litter when they were four weeks old and just starting to come out of the den.

Thats great that the temp stays constant. Dont you need heat lamps or anything?

No the bitch keeps them warm and the shavings are nice and warm too, they are about 12 inches deep. Not a great fan of heat lamps as it makes the mum too hot and then she is more likely to move away from the babies.

The cream ones are the pups in the first photo with Betty and were only 8 months old in those photos.
The brown one is not a greyhound but my agility dog "Tsunami"

The lighter grey one who I named 'Rhino' as a pup because of his colour has gone a very light fawn. The other fawn one must be underneath his litter mates. And the fawn one at the back with the black muzzle was very dark also as a pup.

They are gorgeous and I am still broody, I like them big too !
I have never had a pup before, always taken on the older dogs...

Time for me to get a wriggle on so I will bid you goodnight.
