Inpatient Treatment

I did in Europe (not UK)-- 3x. It was horrific -- not just physically, but specifically spiritually. After that, I have detoxed at home and it has been much easier (on my soul, anyway) and I have felt so much better afterwards, and much more motivated to stay sober (even if it didn't last forever, it always lasted much longer than the institutional detoxes.).
