No, absolutely not! I hate it. Hubs and I each have our own properties. His is always a problem, and I've been hounding him to sell, since before the crash. I've told him this is my last year. If he wants to keep it up he'll have to hire someone. I'm TIRED!

I have friends here who have 3 rentals and there is ALWAYS a rent issue. Wife never says anything about the houses without bitching. I say get rid of the sour shit in your life!!

Yes. Starts. Been surfing for ways to track them down. One good note about sobriety: I'm overhauling all my rental forms, so I'll know more about them than they know about themselves from now on. I should feel bad, since I'm taking them to court to garnishee his wages, but you can't imagine how truly messed up these people have become. You choose your path, and theirs is not my fault.

True rubes. I also believe that you ARE a part of their path in that you are connected to them in this situation for a reason. Perhaps because you are strong enough to take action which allows them the experience to suffer the consequences of their behavior.

In the past I didn't look at unmarried couples differently than married couples, or mothers with children by multiple father's, none of which they married, but if it's a continuing pattern, and they think they don't have to be committed to anything, it affects everything in their lives, including the person they rent from. Sorry if I step on toes. I'm just talking about the people I've run into in this business.

Even though I'm married and (I think) I am the father of both my kids, I know lots of unmarried couples and single parents (some with kids from multiple dads), who ARE committed... in many aspects of their lives...
