Morning All,

Nurse Nancy reporting for duty somewhat half heartedly . What is this sleep you talk about?

3 whole hours squished on the sofa. If his bloody wound doesn't heal soon I'm sending hm to his mother.

hi JC,
the night nurse crew decided that a blindfold, wax earplugs and possibly other sensitve orifices gently plugged, should ensure a good sleep also counting slow deep breaths....!!

but trying to sleep on the sofa doesn't help,

no matter how comfy it is to watch TV etc for a good night sleep uh uh....

did it my first 4 days & nights of withdrawls from AL, it was awful

Oh LJ,

That's why I'm sleeping downstairs to avoid his snoring. The medication he's on tends to make him snore even louder than normal.

Also it's a tummy wound and I'm frightened that me and the dog might bash it. (yup Black Bess sleeps at the foot of the bed).

Morning LJ and JC. Have just been outside to feed the birds and to start the car so that it defrosts. Very hard frost here last night. LJ I envy you the weather in your part of the world. JC hope Mr JC mends soon.

Just watched some news footage of a drunk lady in Boston falling onto some train tracks, luckily for her bystanders managed to get the train to stop just in time.

oh JC that sure is difficult with your partner with a tummy wound, you probably would get less sleep if was in the bed with him..

forever worring that you might bash it in your sleep and with your doggie..

not a good situation..have you tried the strips you put on their nose at night ?????
it opens the nostrils and helps to stop them snorring.
