I am just plain grumpy today !! feel like life is a struggle, would have been the sort of day in the past that would have me reaching for the bottle !!!!! but it was days like that and doing that , that got me where I am today ahhhhhhhhhh know I should not but does anybody else just feel plain mad at the injustice of having this horrible affiction and everything it takes away form your life ???? Still on a good note not going to go down the poor me poorme pour me a drink road and tomorrow is another day and as all the songs say who knows what tommorw bring !

Brave Hearted - I've got PMS at the moment, almost threw the remote control out the window, felt like crying at the gym...is a bit of a trigger for me but I'm staying strong.
