going to the gym then, gonna order new buisness cards and checkout advertising cost in local papers.
gonna get back into my work, it is interesting and being busy will keep me focused and not sitting at home, & have the risk of being tempted...

gonna make fresh batch of brownies for ollie, he loves them..

was looking thru the thread you posted "rain in my heart" have seen a few, gonna go a see the rest in a bit, but it is a thread that is worth for all to see, a true "there but for the grace of god......"

Opal it's dark, gray, damp and ugly here too. My mouth is watering for wine. I am on day 3 AF. I have no plans to have AL, but a trigger is my lonely dark day by myself. Sorry to be a downer guys. Just kind of scared.

Hey Tulipe, have you ever tried Lglutamine? Its an amino acid that really really does help with cravings. Its easily available too
