                              here's a question for you.? I know you were heavier before and have lost wieght, but did you get very hungry when you first stopped ???

                              I have and have eaten like it's going out of fasion..!!!!
                              most of it is good stuff lots of fruit and veggis but also sandwiches all the things I used to love, years ago before my drinking got to the real heavy stage.
