    I bought Hubs a beautiful oak chest (among other things) last year. It's built like a tool chest, with lots of velvet lined drawers for his treasures. He's already said he wants our grandson to inherit it one day.

      You're not going to believe this but's he's the spitting image of you minus the cigarette and plus a little more weight.

      Brilliant list.

      I was going to get him one of those blow torch kitchen thingys.

          Its a pleasure, Rubes.

          I'm afraid x-mas is a much more pedestrian affair in our house.

          Mrs. T did buy me a lovely little antique oak desk for my study on our anniversary last year - on which my notebook is right now.

                We're at the time of year when Hubs says 'There will be deliveries to the house that are none of your business. Don't snoop!'. I LOVE it. He tries to listen and get me everything I've talked about. Sometimes, though, I get really STRANGE things. LOL
