Hi guys.
Im now day 8 af. Feel so much happier, brighter and alert. I would just like to thank each and everyone of you for making this short (so far) but wonderful journey so much easier for me with all your words of wisdom and love and support. I know that my life is to be af as one drink is never enough and i enjoy waking up in the morning sober so theres no reason to have that one drink!
Hope you all have a lovely and af day today! Got to go to bed soon as working nights for the next 3 UGH!!!
