Hi Lj it seems like one of those army nights where six conversations are going on simultaniously

Starty I dont know the answer re LGlut but it is supposed to be benifical in more ways than just a craving suppresent so I guess if our bodies are used to regularly receiving it then suddenly stopping may have an effect. Never really thought about it tbh.
