Tigger is in Singapore, but we have a big Singaporean/Malay population so lots of great food. This Nasi Lemak was a bit toned down as it's aimed at tourists in the zoo. Basically chicken on the bone, marinated and grilled, the Ikan Bilis and peanuts, coconut rice and the sambal sauce which is a blend of cooked chillis. Our downstairs neighbours make their own sambal, you hear the pounding of the chillis in the mortar and pestle, and then the sizzle of the wok - the smell is eye-watering but good!

We've had a lot of rain which is curtailing photo opportunities, but will post more soon.

I did buy a very fetching green plastic number at the zoo, but unfortunately we have BIG tropical rain, and we're the lightning strike capital of the world so i'm not putting tigger at risk

Am hoping to have BBQ stingray some time this week, is my favourite.

Me and Tiggs are setting up for the Grand Prix, lots of nibblies, phone silenced. He's very excited.

Oh Betty, what if the little furry guy got wet or hit by lightning.:shocked: His fur would get all wet or singed and then if he met a little tiggerette or another Barbie, they might not want to hang out with him and the little guy would be so upset...:upset:

This is Tigg - Aunty Betts is off for another cup of the strong black stuff. She was shouting at the screen, something about %$#@ photobucket......Anyhoo, here's me and some red bananas.



When we got to the Orchid gardens they were setting up for a mystery special visitor and there were a HUGE amount of orchids waiting to be put on display.
