Back in our VERY young days, Hubs came home a little tipsy, and when we went to bed (it was summer and the windows were open), an owl in the tree right outside kept hooting. Since I wouldn't let Hubs handle a firearm at the moment, he decided to try and shoot it with an arrow. That owl is STILL probably out there annoying people. :H

Tip, there is a huge boulder here just outside the cabin kitchen door, with carving inscribed from the early 1800's . We can't be sure if it's a land boundary marker, or, (drumroll!) a cemetary from the days the Cherokee owned this land!
