We are doing lamb shanks (with rosemary and garlic!!) tomorrow. but we are doing them in the slow cooker. It just seems kinder somehow :H:H

hey, if you guys out in the world didn't want our lamb chops, lamb shanks and merino jerseys, we wouldn't have an economy!!!

Anyway, Tiggger has had his last pictures taken tonight making hot cross buns and eating easter eggs! In the morning he is off to his next destination, but I've still got a few photos to post yet!!.

It has been a really nice time for me ..... given me some good laughs during an otherwise difficult time and also helped me get out and about and looking at my normal environment in a new light. Thanks Tips and all those who had him before!!

Hey just curious, and I don't have time to read through ALL the threads here, but have you heard of that saying in life you are either an Eeyore or you're a TIGGER! I think that has a lot of meaning here.

a farewell post from Miss b on behalf of Tigger!!

not so much the last supper as the last breakfast!! Freshly cooked hot cross buns (courtesy of me), freshly brewed (organic and fair trade!) coffee (courtesy of Mr B) and easter eggs (courtesy of my new friend Mr B''s alter ego!).



And Wookie dropped by to say ka kite ano!!



It is traditional here to say goodbye to our manuhiri (visitors) off with food and a waiata (song) so after our breakfast we gathered around the Post Office box (:H) with this traditional (WWI) farewell ..... (I cant find a youtube clip that does justice to this, so just posting the words!!)
