    Tigger World MWO Tour

LUNCH! Nyonya Chicken Curry with Prata - apparently it's Teen 2's favourite. I did get splashed with a bit of gravy, but Aunty Bets got the Febreeze out so its ok....

Red bananas, never knew they existed. Are they edible? I imagine they would be.
Have you taught Tigg " Yes we have no bananas, we have no bananas to-day....?

Red Bananas, not sure if they're fit for human consumption, but when we had a house here the lady next door chopped her red banana tree down because it was always getting raided by monkeys

We were going to do the Esplanade and the Merlion today, but guess what - flipping rain! Will think of alternatives after my 2nd coffee..........

Tigger will be making another appearance once Teen 2 returns from school with the card reader.

He's helped with a flat tyre, been to the gym and shopping on Orchard Road and is STILL bouncing - maybe its the Tiger Balm he decided to put on his paws........

and yes, it's the same hand as held the fruit bat - but he has washed it....

                  Later

                  Aunty Betts

                    AND WE"RE OFF!

Well we were until the binging noise started and the yellow light started flashing. Aunty Betts stopped and looked in the instruction manual, we went to the garage, and now I know all about Runflat tyres - I'm just going to be a fount of knowledge when I get back to SA.....

Here I am being VERY brave. Betts gym is on the 23rd floor, very scarey, but it does have great views of Singers - it's very very built up, lots of high rise working and living.....

In the top left hand corner of the 2nd pic is the new Casino, not quite open yet, it looks like there is a boat floating on top. In amongst the trees you might be able to spot some colonial 'Black and White' houses which are a bit of a Singapore icon. There aren't many left, but there are some real beauties.

By now of course I was very very hungry and a bit sick of spicy food - so Aunty Betts took me for Brunch - Woo HOO!

And then there were the Prawns - NO WAY I was going to eat one of those monsters........

And then before window shopping, I decided that after the Killer Prawn incident I needed to brush up on my Ninja skills.....and this chap was very obliging. Can you hear Aunty Betts shouting 'GET DOWN FROM THERE IT'S VERY SHARP!!'?

I am chuckling to myself as I imagine the other people in the brunch line watching you taking pictures of Tigger....:H:H:H

Those prawns look evil. They remind me of pictures of basement cat... Except evil prawn zombies seem to hunt in packs...

Has anyone seen District 9? It's a Saffa sci-fi movie that made some waves last year. Go on: Google it

I didn't know Tiggs knew how to spell the word "Gym" - it is probably the only time he's been in one... :H

Ooooh... and he's moving up in the world! In South Africa, we mostly change our flat tyres ourselves because the distances between towns and cities make run-flats impractical for anyone other than city dwellers who don't venture anywhere else. When he gets home he'll probably just tell me: 'do yer dirty work yourself. None of my aunties expected me to a lift a finger."

I feel at this stage I need to point out that I'm perfectly capable of changing a tyre, but it wasn't a flat, just someone letting the air out because we had the 'best' parking space all week As Singers is about 50 mins driving time East to West, runflats can be driven on for ages. Sometimes I have to get off Singers for a bit of open road and the chance to use cruise control and/or 6th gear.

And yes, the Prawns look truly evil.
