yeah, i had a lovely old pale green vw called beryl (it was 'beryl green' though i thought it was goose shit green) was forever braking down but i always forgave her, she was an old lady after all.

Spuds, your pictures are, once again, fantastic. Makes me want to paddle over and visit you. I would like to sit in your greenhouse/garden and drink tea and laugh and laugh, cause that's what I imagine we would do.
I did get a little freaked when Shanti tried to eat Tigger but I knew you'd save him in the end. This picture of the cat is fantastic - you should enter it in a photo contest. Seriously. You've captured an unbelievale expression in his eyes. He's a real beauty...


And I'm very curious as how you got the "fangs" picture...
And I almost forgot to mention the rhubarb pie. You can't imagine how much I enjoyed that. First, you are a great pastry-maker. I could tell from way over here how wonderfully tasty and flaky the pastry was. As for rhubarb, I love it and haven't had it for almost thirty years. We had a patch in our back yard. We'd always try a bit raw but of course it's so.o.o.o.. sour. Then we'd make pies, plain rhubarb or rhubarb custard pie and jam - rhubarb-strawberry jam. I think I'm gonna have to see about importing some.
Again, your pictures are great. We've been having a lovely time with Tigger's latest visit...
