Hey all,

Glad you're enjoying the pics - I am having sooo much fun!

Grateful, although London is a big city, central London is relatively small, with a lot of the major tourist sites grouped quite close together, in pockets. For example, Tigger wants to go visit the Queen (we might do that today if Her Maj is in!). Well Buckingham Palace is really close to Big Ben and Parliament so we'd do that at the same time. So mainly, I've noted down things to do and then just wandered around the area trying to get them all done. I do love walking from place to place around London though, rather than taking the tube - because wherever you are there's always interesting little bits along the way, like statues and parks, so I am covering quite a few miles!

Thanks for that explanation, Kim. It really does look like you are having fun.....I'd like to put myself in a box and come visit you for a bit. I don't really need to see the Queen though....the cemetary sounds like fun!! Anyway, you are a good sport and very generous with your time...you remind me alot of my own daughter who is your age...(that's a good thing!).

Oh my god guys - the most random thing just happened. I just saw some of the Royal Family arriving at Buckingham Palace - no joke! It was getting quite dark but the palace was on the way to the tube anyway so I thought i'd see if i could get a few photos in.

There were a couple of policemen outside the palace gates and I asked one if he'd be in a photo with tigger (I am collecting policemen now). But he said sorry he couldn't as 'someone important' was about to arrive - but that if I hung around for 5 or 10 minutes, it'd be a great photo opportunity. But said he wasn't allowed to say who it was and 'don't tell anyone I told you...'

So I waited and who should drive up in a car but Prince Charles and the Princes William and Harry - I didn't take a photo as it goes, because it didn't feel right - I was only a few feet away from their car and I'm not a papparazzo or anything, so i refrained. Pretty cool though, huh? see the funny things that happen when you let a Tigger into your life ;-)

By the way, tigger waved and asked if the Queen would be inviting him to tea soon, seeing as he's a Special Visitor from abroad.

Anyway i'm off to my meeting now, but will post the pics I did take when I get back.

Kim, that's amazing!! I totally understand about the picture thing. Of course I've never seen the royal family, but have met/seen sev American celebs. I felt the same way, like I would be invading them or something. Proud of you, girl!!

After yesterday's silliness, Auntie Kim said that we would be doing cult-oor-al things again today. We started off at the Natural History Museum

Just over the road, we visit the Victoria and Albert Museum, where we find Chillgirl doing Yoga - Kim says it is a sculpture by Rodin, but I still think it's Chillgirl..



I just can't get the lotus position...
