Oh YEAH!!! I love the Left Bank of Paris! There are loads of book shops. And this one sells books in English.
Just a little sip of water from the fountain and then we're crossing the Seine to see The Notre Dame Cathedral.Comment

I don't see him anywhere.... And Mass is starting so Expat said I can't play in here. It's kind of dark. There are loads of candles and smells nice. The organ started playing!! It's so loud! I bet that's Quasi up there!Comment

OOOH! Sparkly little Eiffel towers. YES! I want to climb the real thing as soon as this grey foggy weather clears a bit-so we have a nice view!
The book sellers on the quai have lots of choices. But I want to go down and see the river.

Forgot to mention-The Institut de France houses the VERY famous "l'Acad?mie fran?aise. Founded by le cardinale de Richelieu in 1653. It is there where they decide how Frenchies are supposed to speak French. Oui-ok. Let's move on now, shall we?
So the Pont des Art which crosses the Seine towards the Louvre. It is the most romantic bridge in Paris-or so they say. It is covered with hundreds and hundreds of padlocks (or lovelocks) which are left by lovers. They leave their names and then throw the key into the river declaring everlasting love:h. I left one for you MWO lassies-Bonne fete de Saint Valentin, tout le monde!!!!!!!Comment
