                In East London, where many settlers landed, they were bulldozing the area for a parking lot, at the old goal, where a new shopping complex was being created. Suddenly someone realised that they had bulldozed half the settlers' graves up! Bang went a whole chunk of history!!!:upset:

                    I've come to think that NOTHING is beyond developers. That movie ... uh... "they're here" w/ little blonde girl... when they moved the tombstones but not the graves for that housing development is probably true.

                          We got sidelined AGAIN today with a few crisises, but tomorrow, (dum dum dum DUMMMM) Mim's own pet cemetary!!! Plus pics of the town General Sherman thought too lovely to burn as he made his way to Savannah.

                              This thread is my secret little pleasure. I usually wake horribly early, and not to disburb OH I don't want to put a light on, so I login on my phone under the covers where I can only read and not post.

                              It is extraordinarily interesting to see different parts of the world, and how people you have come to 'know' live, and the humor is tremendous too! It keeps me smiling all day

                              Rubes, where is that blind Barbie with no eyes? Does she live in the cementary?


                              PS. Tip, I would like to go on the list. I would love to show little Tigger the Costa Brava and Barcelona.
