    i had a great relaxing weekend, right over on the west coast of ireland,it was like being on a different planet.how about you.

        i was in co mayo,after mayo its the good old us of a, i was going to swim over to all our friends there,ah but then i got busy with something else.

        starts we cant be happy and up all the time,everything doesn't always go the way we prefer it,this will all pass as you are a great person,and even though it might not seem like it,you give out good you will get back good. and this applies to popeye as well.

          And as you are a champion swimmer, I bet it wouldnt have taken you long either :-)

          I know it will pass Mario and in the process I will learn something else about myself. But right now its very hard, but I guess at least it shows me how easily it is to sink so low. Helps with my understanding of others.
