Well I have been shopping for lots of supplements this morning, this depression is going to be kicked into feckin touch.
Boozy sent me a load of info on Lglutamine, so got that, Ruby said about the Vit B12 so got that and SKendall said about Vit D, so got that.
If I am still a miserable git in 2 days shoot me OK?

Hiya Mario & startingover!

I'm letting my husband sleep in this morning. We're usually up at like 5:30 thanks to Tyler, but I made him go back to bed and I'm keeping Tyler (Border Collie) out here with me so the guys (man & dogs) can just laze in bed.

Feels good to be doing something for HIM for a change.

started taking pharmaton capsules,take a bit b4 they kick in,i was a silly boy i never took any supplements when i stopped drinking and with all that exercise i was/am doing. no one told me
