I remember your post about your pug. I'm so sorry to hear and send you hugs. I love dogs too and right now I only have my yorkie...but he's my cuddle buddy, friend and confidant. Had a large Yellow Lab in days gone by. Loved them all... so hugs to you.

A big thank you Ladies...if I truly am inducted into the Menopausal Tampon Club.....or how about the Meno P Va Jay Jay's Club, we must include a lot of words about cramps and kotex and tampons....maybe throw in something about vaginal itch...that should keep the ner-do-wells, the rapscallions, the cads, the rabble rousers at bay.

And as far as the stilletos go....we are not too old...ok, they don't have to be 3", but 50 is the new 30, so let's show those yung un's a thing or two.

    You girls rock!
All we really have to do is start discussing "THE NOTEBOOK" or "THELMA AND LOUISE" in detail. Men sneer at 'chick flicks'. I feel the same about 'dick flicks'.

And, besides no judging, my only other rule is, if you stumble, if you feel like toasted shit and think you've let everyone down, you haven't, and you HAVE to come back. No hiding out because of a mess-up. We can't help each other if we're not here.
I agree! Especially the HAVE TO come back part. These things never work if people stop participating. See everyone tomorrow, and New Creation and Gold, get a good nights rest, you have a big day coming up, and we'll see you through however we can. Kind of like the first day of school. :h

Tawny, you still around? LOVE to have you on board! I've been talking about your son's story ever since you posted it, I'm so impressed. As far as the Wii Fit, you and I can have a buddy challenge. I've been very lazy about mine, really, just started an actual program yesterday, and it's SO FUN. Trust me, this is NOT like exercise. Come on, chicken, if this 'girl' who trips over painted lines on the street can do it, you can be an ACE! I would like to lose 25#, have sev med problems so very limited, but need to build up muscle strength, balance, stamina. You In?

                        Hi everyone,

Thank you for all the kind words about Archie.

It sounds as though you are living well with MS Ruby, my cousin has it, I know he finds Bowen and Feldenkrais to be helpful for him.

There is a Dr Clemmons who has done a lot of research into degenerative myelopathy, its similarities with MS, and has published some dietary recommendations which I am following.

Funnily enough I have experience of animal healing and have given healing to other people's animals, I seem to find it impossible to do it for my own, I suspect it is the emotional element that gets in the way. Anyway, I've decided to put that to one side and give him, and the others lots of healing and see if I can improve things for him. I started a journal, mostly to clarify my own thoughts and feelings and perhaps it can be of help to someone else too. This is a link to it if you want to have a look, only one post so far! Animal Healing and Communication

This was a great idea on your part NC, and it sounds a good idea to start a new thread on a weekly basis.

Nice to see you tawny; New Creation and I are beginning a day 1 AF today, why don't you join us?
I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

That's great you are joining us. It's difficult to get motivated when we have a lot to deal with, hopefully some of your health problems might show some improvement with some AF time behind you.
I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you.
