I've already told him you guys, and shown some pic's on my mobile (I hope u all don't mind?) of Tigger, little Squirel, Rubes pretty house, Zep's pups, Mario on his bike & KT with his dog, coz he always says "but mummy you haven't got any friends, you should have friends to talk to".. shit young eyes see everything !!!

anyway wot I waz coming to waz, I told him about little tiggers world tour and he's very excited to meet him and wants me to show him the pic's of where he has been..

Don't worry I was lost about photobucket, youtube & Facebook, but you have a play around, trial and error iy comes together it all quite logical, just gotta be a bit patient..

OK, have my stuff in front of me. 500 mcg B-12 3xday, calcium citrate+D 3xday, Centrum silver 1x (those are doctors recommended for me); fish, flaxseed, borage oil capsule, 2x; dietary fiber capsule, 2,3x; CoQ10 100 mg, 1x. That doesn't even count my mandatory (:yuk meds.

Yep I know the feeling rubes. BUT not taking them is not a great idea. So Im with you and lets pop those pills girl!
I am now taking all one, lglutamine, vit D, vit B12, Omega oils and vit c. plus my asthma meds and prozac....oh well.....
